All of our guestrooms offer the utmost in luxury, comfort, and privacy. All showcase our 30-year collection of period furnishings. And all have magnificent views of the unspoiled Virginia countryside.

You will find your room appointed with handmade rugs, vintage prints, and antique water colors. Your antique bed piled high with heirloom quilts. Your private bath filled with large fluffy towels. Triple-sheeted beds, Egyptian cotton linens, down comforters, and down pillows will pamper your body. Starlit skies, perching songbirds, and gentle breezes will soothe your soul.

The pace here is gentle, the atmosphere serene. It is truly a place to relax and unwind. A place where you can stroll around acres of tree-shaded lawns. Daydream on a hammock in our old Victorian garden. Curl up with a book by the fireplace.

Our inn is small so please consider carefully when choosing the dates of your stay. Since last-minute cancellations affect us greatly, we are sorry but we will be unable to refund your deposit if we are notified of cancellation fewer than 15 days before the date of your intended stay and you will be charged in full if you fail to arrive, depart earlier or arrive later than your confirmed stay.
